By accessing or using this website (the “Site”) operated by Humphreys Events Pty Ltd trading as H Events (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use this Site.

While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, event details (dates, times, locations, pricing, etc.) may change. We are not liable for any errors or omissions.
- Participation in Events is subject to separate registration terms, waiver forms, and event-specific rules.
- By registering, you confirm you meet the age, fitness, and eligibility requirements for the Event.
- You acknowledge that participation in sporting activities carries inherent risks including injury or death. You agree to participate at your own risk and release us from liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- All participants must comply with safety rules, directions of officials, and applicable sporting regulations.
- Fees for Events are payable at the time of registration.
- Unless required by the Australian Consumer Law, Event entry fees are generally non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or alter Events due to weather, safety, government directives, or other circumstances beyond our control. Where possible, alternative arrangements (such as rescheduling) will be offered.
All content on this Site, including text, images, graphics, videos, logos, and designs, is owned by Humphreys Events Pty Ltd trading as H Events or our licensors. You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not copy, distribute, or reproduce content without our prior written consent.
If you submit content (e.g., photos, reviews, comments), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and publish that content for promotional and operational purposes. You must not upload unlawful, defamatory, or infringing material.
