As you can imagine offering refunds is difficult when organising sporting events. We start to incur costs from the minute you enter and often book event services and purchase products months before the event. For this reason we do not offer a full refund once you have entered.

Here’s how our refund policy works:

  • Up to 6 weeks before the event – 70% of your entry fee will be refunded

  • 6 weeks to 14 days before the event – 40% of your entry fee will be refunded

  • Less than 14 days before the event – No refunds available

We don’t offer deferrals or transfers between events. But if you can’t make it, you’re welcome to transfer your entry to someone else. Just use the transfer link on the event entry page.
