H Events is a professional event management company that organizes endurance events across the region.
Registration links are provided on each event page. We redirect you to our secure partner platform, CrowdCatcher to enter the event.
Up to 6 weeks prior to the event if you must withdraw for any reason we will refund 70% of the entry fee.
From 6 weeks to 14 days prior to the event if you must withdraw for any reason we will refund 40% of the entry fee.
Less than 14 days prior to the event we DO NOT refund entries for any reason.
We DO NOT transfer or defer entries to other events that we manage.
You can transfer your entry to another person by following the transfer link on the entry page.Please email us on admin@hevents.com.au for processing of any refunds.
Absolutely! You can sign up to volunteer through the Volunteering page or contact us directly.
For most events, your timing chip is built into your race bib – no extra gear needed. For triathlons, you’ll be given a separate timing chip that straps around your ankle. Either way, your race time will be recorded accurately and available live online thanks to our timing partner, Multisport Australia.

Many of our events include family-friendly or junior race options. Check the event details for specifics.
Yes, you can transfer your entry to someone else if you can no longer take part. Just follow the transfer link on the event entry page to update the details. We don’t offer transfers between different events, but you’re welcome to pass your entry on to another participant for the same event.
