Refund Policy

Refunds & Transfers

We understand that plans can change, so here’s how our H Events refund policy works for all of our events:

• More than 6 weeks before the event: You can withdraw for any reason and receive a 70% refund of your entry fee.

• Between 6 weeks and 14 days before the event: You can withdraw for any reason and receive a 40% refund.

• Less than 14 days before the event: Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds at this stage.

Please note:

• We don’t transfer or defer entries to other H Events races.

• You can transfer your entry to another person using the transfer link on the event’s entry page.

• To request a refund, please email admin@hevents.com.au and include which event you’re referring to.
