Course marshalling
Laguna Rural Fire Service volunteers are assisting with the event at key points. We have communication with each marshal point. If you have difficulties, please ask for assistance at a marshal point. There is also a sweep vehicle with First aid on hand. All courses are well signposted and or marshalled.

Weather
The track handles a bit of rain so don't panic. The recent rain has just settled the dust. The course is otherwise dry at the moment. There is one causeway with water. Saturday looks like a perfect spring day!!

Pre and Post event hospitality - cash only for BBQ
After being wiped out in 2022 by flooding, the Tavern has been rebuilt, but still has all the character of the old building. The Tavern will as usual be providing brunch food pre and post event from 7.30am. The bar will also be open from 10am. NOTE THE BBQ WILL BE CASH ONLY. For coffee see below.

Coffee from 7.00am at Myrtle and Stone
The Tavern does not do coffee, so for your heart starter pre event or for spectators, wander just 100m up the street to the Myrtle and Stone. They do very good coffee and are opening early.

Presentation
Everyone will get a finishers medal after they finish. The overall and age category prizes will also be presented at a ceremony around 11.30am next to the Tavern. Please hang around for some giveaways from Bicycle Centre Hunter Valley.

$1000 prize from Bicycle Centre Hunter Valley
Our generous sponsor Scott Ellis from Bicycle Centre Hunter Valley and Merida have a great prize on offer to some lucky randomly drawn rider. For your chance to win the $1000 voucher towards a Merida bike, you must be a rider in the event and be present for the presentation to be eligible.

Event Sponsors
