Paul Humphreys, Owner and Event Director
Paul has worked in sports events within Newcastle and the Hunter Valley since 1994 in either a professional or volunteer capacity. He loves what he does. He is a keen competitor in triathlon, running and general multi-sport events. Paul was a founding member of the Maitland Triathlon Club and has been President of the club for 4 years. Paul supports many organisations both commercial and not for profit in staging professional events.
Paul has been the event director of over 200 events since 1994 and this experience benefits all athletes at all events.
Hanne Humphreys, Owner and General Manager
Like Paul, Hanne has also been in the event business for over 20 years. As a keen runner and qualified personal trainer she understands the needs of athletes and seeks to provide the best possible experience for all competitors.
Ja Davis, Race Director
Ja has been competing in triathlon for over 8 years including 4 Ironman distance races, 10+ Half Ironman and has been Race Directing since 2012 with H Events and Maitland Triathlon Club. Ja also is an accredited Triathlon Technical Official and has held most positions within the local Triathlon club.
Brian is a key logistics manager for H Events. His expereince and attention to detail is invaluable. Brain knows events and is a Life Member of the Maitland Triathlon Club and expereinced athlete in all areas.
Gem Morris, Chief Timekeeper
Gem is responsible for recording all finish times, analysing the results and posting them for viewing as soon as possible at all events.
