NBN's Mitchell Hughes reports on the amalgamation of the Newcastle Foreshore and NBN Sparke Helmore Triathlons.

H Events has been meeting with various stakeholders in the multi-sport and running community to look for feedback and ideas around the staging of the Bay Adventure, Summer Run, Sparke Helmore NBN Triathlon and NewRun/Hill to Harbour events.

H Events will again partner with Athletics NSW to stage this event in Newcastle/Lake Macquarie on it's now traditional weekend of Sunday 19 October.

Our friends at Newcastle Surf Life Saving Club will again be staging the 2km Nobby's to Newcastle Ocean Swimming event on the new date of Saturday 13 Dec. 

It would be hard to find a better spot to stage a MTB event than the back paddock of the Wollombi Tavern.
