Swim
100m or 200mThe swim will be in he ocean baths pool on the southern end of Forster Main Beach. There will be ample water safety in place.

Cycle
1km or 2kmThe cycle leg will leave from the junior bike compound and be along North St and back for the 7-9 years and 2 loops for the 11-12 year.

RUN
500m or 1000mThis course run along the path of the beach and around the main transition area and down to a turn point past the finish chute and then back to the chute. The course is 750m for both distances.
