The swim course is straight out from Main Beach (subject to final conditions) and swims anticlockwise for 2 loops. The tide is close to low.

The course leaves from Main Beach Forster and rides South along North St to a turn point on Head St. From that turn point riders do 3 laps which meander through the streets of Forster. A substantial traffic management plan is in place and over 35 traffic controllers, police and marshals will be in place. The roads are not closed to residents, however we have various plans in place to minimise the traffic at any time. Please take care to watch for rouge traffic on the course.
