Course Info.



Swimmers enter the water at the end of Punt Rd and swim 50m to the start line. Swimmers then swim west for approx. 300m and then turn left and then left to swim the long back straight of the course until a left turn and then another left turn and then swim east to the finish area. The tide is low at swim time and there will be very little current in either direction.

40km (8 X 5km loop)

Cyclists exit the transition at the end of Griffith St and ride north to Punt Rd and then left into Fullerton St. Riders are on the left hand side of the road with some slow moving resident traffic on the other side of the road. Riders ride north until a right turn onto Stone St and then right turn onto Mitchell St , then south on Mitchell St until a left turn into Clyde St and right turn into Pitt St and then right turn to Wharf Cres and then a very quick right and left near the Ferry Station into Hunter St and back to the start of the 5km loop. Riders must complete 8 laps of the 5km course.

10km (4 X 2.5km)

Runners will do 4 laps of a simple run along the Habour Foreshore paths that run East and return to the event compound area. After the second lap they will run to the finish chute.
