Swim
750mSwim course amended due to flooding. New venue is Stockton Pool to swim in a clockwise rectangle course. Event compound relocated to Pitt St reserve next to pool.
Run
5km (2 X 2.5km)The course will start from the transition area just 150m east of the swim exit. You will run 1.25km to a turn point near the break-wall car park and return to a turn point near the finish chute. You will do one more lap and return to the finish chute and finish line.
