    This virtual SWIM event challenges you to swim either 1.39km per week OR to swim a total of 13.9km during 1-28 June 2020. If access to a pool becomes too difficult during lock down, then you will be allowed to substitute 139 push ups, for each 1.39km swim.

Note these distances can be completed at any time. The total distance in each discipline is the main goal! If access to a pool becomes too difficult during lock down, then you will be allowed to substitute 139 push ups, for each 1.39km swim.
