AW139 Ultra for Everyone
Distance:Swim 1.39km, Cycle 13.9km and Run 13.9km each week in June
This virtual MINI-TRIATHLON event challenges you from 1-28 June to complete 4 X 1.39km Swim Leg (Total 5.56km), 4 X 13.9km Cycle Leg (Total 56km), 4 x 13.9km Run Leg (total 56km). Note these distances can be completed at any time. The total distance in each discipline is the main goal! If access to a pool becomes too difficult during lock down, then you will be allowed to substitute 139 push ups, for each 1.39km swim.
Who's it for?
Anyone who can Swim 1.39km, Cycle 13.9km and Run 13.9km for 4 weeks in June and is keen to raise some funds for the Westpac Rescue and Lifesaver Helicopter Services
